As another snow storm is approaching DC, I am wondering what the heck is up with this weather?!
I hope this snow storm isn’t near as bad as the last few. The weathermen are calling for 3-5 inches. I hope we get on the low side.
Yes, DC snow is pretty at first (picture I took at work).
But after a while…blah. And it sticks around till the next week, then the next, and so on. It never melts.
The metro bus I take on a daily basis just started running its normal schedule this Monday (two weeks after the storm). The reason? A large pile of snow blocking the turning lane to exit the street.
I am happy (more like ecstatic) the bus is running again. I find it funny although how China can build a snow/ice empire in three weeks, yet DC can’t clean-up a city from a snowstorm in the same amount of time.
